Terms of Service

By accessing or using WorksheetForge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

WorksheetForge is an AI-powered tool that generates educational worksheets and differentiated versions of those worksheets. The Service is provided "as is" and we make reasonable efforts to ensure its availability and accuracy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and not share your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe others' rights
• Submit prompts that generate harmful, hateful, sexual, or violent content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy substantial portions of the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Use the Service to generate content that violates intellectual property rights
• Submit content that contains personal information about identifiable students or third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free Tier: Limited usage as described on our pricing page (currently 5 worksheets and 2 differentiations per month).

Pro Subscription: $9.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe.

Free Trial: Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll automatically be charged.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your account settings. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at hello@worksheetforge.com.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice via email. You can cancel before any price change takes effect.

Your prompts: You retain ownership of any topics, instructions, or content you submit to the Service.

Generated worksheets: You own the worksheets generated through your account and may use them for any educational or commercial purpose, including in your classroom, in teaching materials you sell, or in publications.

Our service: The WorksheetForge platform, brand, code, and design remain our property. Your subscription grants you a license to use the Service, not ownership of it.

Worksheets are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality and pedagogical soundness, AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it with students or for any educational purpose. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorksheetForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that should reasonably survive (ownership, liability, etc.) will continue.

We may update these Terms occasionally. For material changes, we'll notify you via email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
